NOTICE TO OUR CLIENTS CONCERNING CORONAVIRUS
We are committed to keeping our offices healthy and safe for all of our patients, clients, staff, and family members. In light of growing concerns about the spread of COVID-19, also known as coronavirus, we would like to make you aware of actions we are taking.
HOW ARE WE TRACKING THE VIRUS? We are continuously monitoring the local and global situation, and are receiving updates from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
STEPS WE'RE TAKING IN OUR OFFICE -We are routinely disinfecting commonly touched surfaces, such as desks and chairs, door handles, etc., multiple times a day. * Constant communication with our entire staff about the best hygiene practices to ensure you feel that our office provides a safe and clean environment.
COVID-19 UPDATE AS OF MAY 1, 2020
Starting May 1st The Pet Clinic of Urbana will be reopening the office to clients for medical and surgical veterinary appointments and prescription/food refills. We will be following the state guidelines for safe practice and social distancing. We will also be restarting our elective surgery schedule.
Please call the office (937)508-4556 when you enter the parking lot to check in for your appointment.
We will be limiting clinic occupancy to 10 people. 2 clients (over the age of 18) per exam room.
We will be following social distancing and proper PPE guidelines, therefore we ask that you wear a mask when entering the office to protect yourself and our staff from exposure.
We will be cleaning and disinfecting our exam rooms after each appointment and common areas regularly.
If you would prefer not to enter the building, we are still offering curbside appointments and prescription/food refill pickup.
We ask that you do not enter our building if you or someone in your household is sick or showing signs/symptoms of COVID-19.
